6. Offers to Purchase Items
Any offer to purchase an item made by Florida Market House is non-binding until accepted by both parties and finalized according to our procedures.
Florida Market House reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any offer prior to completion of the transaction.

Items sold directly by Florida Market House are subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

Florida Market House does not store full payment card details.
